Launching Our New Voice/Text Messaging System!!

Our New Features Is a continuing effort to offer the most complete integration of our printed products with online technology. Some great new features are quietly being introduced this Spring and we want to make sure you are taking advantage of them.

TOLL FREE PROPERTY INFO LINE (IVR).      You are now provided with a free and fully automatic toll free property info line when you advertise in The South Florida Real Estate Guide. Each property that has been uploaded to the website we create for you, is automatically assigned an extension number, so callers can listen to the description of the property and be connected directly to you if they wish or recieve a text message with the property information. In either case, you will instantly receive an email and text message containing the callers phone number. You can test it by calling 866-641-1802, press 1 and then 327723. This is a test call we have put on the website for you to hear what someone driving by will hear when calling the Toll Free number.  If you are not an advertiser, but would like to take advantage of us creating a website for you & using the Toll Free Property Info Line, please call the office for more information.

TELL YOUR SELLER.      Now, whenever you add a new listing to the website we have created for you, a ready-made letter will be sent to you, that you can forward to your seller. This letter describes the services we (you) offer, and it provides links to their property online (Including our free, automatic QuickTours and Property Info Line). You can also generate this letter manually for each listing when you are logged in. This is a great time-saving way to stay in touch with your sellers, and let them know what you are doing for them.

INTERACTIVE TEXT MESSAGING.     Place our signs at your listing.  People call or text the 800# and can hear property descriptions, if they text on their web enabled cell phones they can view pictures of the properties. Contact information is forwarded to you instantly via email and an instant phone call. You can call them back immediately if you desire.

FORMATTED WEB LINKS. There is a new button under WEB EXTRAS to the left of each listing when you are logged in, that will give you the reference links for these various services: Quicklink, Text Messaging and Toll Free Info Line. These are also include in the Seller Letter mentioned above.

For us this is just the beginning of the added services we will be providing.
