The main reason to advertise with The South Florida Real Estate Guide is that you want us to generate leads for you. You want us to make your phones ring, and you want us to get those e-mails coming in. Janelle and I look at this as our main responsibility to our advertisers. We are in the lead generating business. Making the magazine look good is fine, getting you exposure so you are recognized is great, making your sellers happy is good but at the end of the day those leads need to roll in.

 

As the market slowed down we chose to improve our distribution network instead of cutting back. We improved our online presence, which can now pull properties directly from the MLS. Then we added thirty Publix locations and after that we signed up for the next forty so the magazine would be in every Publix in Palm Beach County for you.

 

Our next projects are to print an additional 5,000 copies so our distribution points stay full. I’ve let everyone know that our competitors are out of magazines in Publix for a full week and I cannot let this happen to us. In the next 30 to 60 days we will be adding a phone system that will generate text messages or emails about your properties to anyone who calls. You will capture this phone number and can call them back. The text ID can be in your ad with us and/or with a sign at your listing. We are very excited about this new feature and expect it to generate many additional leads.

 

The South Florida Real Estate Guide has gone from a printed magazine to multi exposure advertising medium offering local distribution, direct mail, Internet, and soon cell phone emails or texts all for one price, all of this means more exposure for your ads.  Which means more phone calls and leads!
