Collecting Ad Copy for Volume 5 Issue 9

You know what they say about “Time Flying By”…..it’s true!!
Not only is Easter around the corner, it’s also time to start gathering new changes for your ad.
We start collecting on Monday, March 30th, so please take time in the next few days to start sending your changes over. By the way, Milt noticed something as he was checking the Publix locations this past month. Take a moment and read what he has found and how getting your ads in early, will help get your ad’s out in front of everyone, before the other publications.
Distribution update.
One of my responsibilities to our advertisers is to continually watch our distribution system making sure our publication is where it is supposed to be, and to look for different ways to reach new readers of the South Florida Real Estate Guide. As I made my way through our network this week I found a weak spot that we can use to our advantage but we need everyone’s help in taking advantage of this.
In about 60% of the Publix’s our publication is the only real estate magazine there for 5 days. In the other locations there is only one other magazine that does not really compete with us. This is a huge advantage for all our advertisers. We could extend this advantage by 3 to 4 days including a weekend (the busiest time in Publix) if we can get the ads finished one day earlier.
All we are asking is that everyone get us their ads a little faster so we can complete the ads in time to take advantage of this. I know this will turn into more exposure and deals for you over time.

Ad Submission Tips
Please send your ad copy in lower case.
Remember to name the pictures the same as the text…or number them. You may send 10 pictures but they don’t always arrive in the order you have sent them.
